Title: Apple Impromptu

4	c	Apple slices, peeled
1/4	c	Sugar
1/2	ts	Cinnamon
1	tb	Applesauce, unsweetened
1/3	c	Sugar
1		Egg -- slightly beaten
1	ts	Vanilla
1/2	c	Flour
1/2	ts	Baking powder
	pn	Salt

Place apples in an 8 or 9 inch pie plate, which has been sprayed with vegetable cooking spray. Comfine 1/4 cup sugar and cinnamon, a nd sprinkle over. Cover with foil. Bake 20 minutes at 400F.

Mix remaining ingredients, just till smooth. Spread over apples. Bake 20-25 min. at 400F.
